I came to Dr Coates with fairly significant problems as I hadn't been to see a dentist in 3 years. We started with a comprehendive evaluation and a sit down in the office where he explained the problems I had. Some things required immediate attention while others could be taken care of later. We reviewed my insurance coverage and then chose a plan that addressed the important areas and minimized my out of pocket.
