I am not a big fan of the dentist but my three visits to Dr. Coates have exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff are genuinely friendly and personable. The girl who cleaned my teeth was gentle and inspired me to actually want to floss. I had 2 silver filling switched out last week and could not believe how quickly the Novocain wore off after I left and I was in and out in just 25 min. WOW! What an amazing experience compared to what I have experienced before. From the cleaning to the exam, everything went extremely well. I was very impressed with how detailed and thourough Dr Coates was with me. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Especially Susan the assistant and Maria who checked me in and out.
