RecommendedJoe was the most responsive company to my initial requests to a number of tree service companies to get a quote to remove a tree that fell onto a portion of my roof and was leaning against my house. AAA was the only company willing to have someone out the next day on a holiday weekend, but they couldn’t commit to a price estimate until I would commit to a $500 non-refundable fee to get a crew out to assess the job. I highly recommend AAA Emergency Tree Service. When our cat was stuck 30 ft. up a large redwood tree we had trouble finding an arborist that would climb up and save her. Joe Phillips of AAA Emergency Tree Service was very knowledgeable about cat rescues and was able to put us at ease. He suggested things that we could try first before having someone climb up and rescue the cat. A 60- foot tree fell on our home. AAA was there the next day. They were courteous, professional, and got the immense job done, even though it entailed getting permits for to block the street for a crane, all in two days. They got the work done with no further damage to our home. They were able to help conclude that the cause of the tree falling was rot and not wind and helped us with our insurance. (It was the neighbor's tree so coverage differs if it's rot or wind.) I highly recommend them.
