Although I did not end up needing AAA tree service because the fire department ended up getting my cat out of the tree, Joe was very professional and helpful over the phone. At 4:00 on a Friday he was willing to work with me and get someone over to my house that day to get my 15 year old cat who was hot and fatigued out of the tree. When I did not end up needing his services he had no problem canceling the request. His professional manner was greatly appreciated!
