i did 7 tax deed properties with tax title services last year. they are very professional, yet, easy to work with, especially when you have a problem property. i had to extend one property beyond the 6 mos. and they were very helpful in making that happen, at a very reasonable cost. you won't go wrong with these folks. I worked with both Bruce and Cinthia.
This is my third time using TTS. My certifications have all come back in under the scheduled time and we closed one of the properties to date. I'd definitely recommend their service.

Awesome experience working with Bruce and Cinthia from TTS. They were very professional and help me through the process of getting a tax lien sheriff sale property in Philadelphia certified so that I could obtain title insurance. The process went as they stated. I was able to get title insurance to allow me to obtain funding for my property. Would definitely utilize their services for another tax lien property.
The process for obtaining the documents needed was easy and painless. We received back within a very reasonable time-frame which allowed Escrow to proceed. Thank you.
