The process was made very clear. I was kept updated on progress and what was needed. I was very impressed from beginning to end.
I paid for TTS to perform their work on a house and when they successfully completed it, they told me their certification was good for 6 months. I also purchased an owners policy as I was renting the property at the time, however, I decided to sell the property later, within the 6 month timeframe. The attorney closing the deal needed a certification for the property and TTS insisted on charging me a $400 review fee EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WITHIN THE 6 MONTH TIMEFRAME. The pros at Tax Title Services did a great job and were easy to work with; no surprises. I was pleased with the quick turn around time, the title was certified within 30 days. Would definitely recommend.
For the high amount of money we paid we were not impressed with the services. 1. We, and our title company, were not informed of what to expect, that the county taxes would still show and that we would still have to do the work involved in clearing the liens. No next steps or what to expect was explained. 2. After the cert was done the person just called for the remaining payment. Her English and communication skills were limited. 3.
